None of the e-learning courses or those offered via blended learning programmes are recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/ National Medical Commission (NMC).

The e-learning courses (in the CPD category) being offered by Medical Dialogues Academy help you earn credit points in accordance with the recent ethical guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC). However, these courses are meant for upskilling a learner in his field of specialization and are by no means, a substitute for pursuing specialization in a particular field. Ex. Pursuing a dermatology course does not allow a cardiologist to practice dermatology.

Some of the courses at Medical Dialogues Academy may be recognized CPDs or CMEs with registered medical councils. Certificates of such courses would be available for RMPs with the NMC/respective SMC only. Practitioners registered under the NMC/MCI acts and regulations will receive their course completion certificates via email (on their registered email id) only after their council registration has been verified by the Medical Dialogues team.

All Physicians (MBBS, Ayush), medical graduates, residents and interns (MBBS, Ayush) are eligible for the courses.

Completion of a module unlocks the assessment quiz given at the end of that module. Once a learner has answered all MCQs, he can submit the quiz for assessment by clicking ‘Submit’ which generates his results. If a learner attains the qualifying marks (50% or above), the subsequent module unlocks for him to study. 

If a learner achieves less than 50% marks in a quiz, he can reattempt the quiz by clicking ‘Reattempt’. However, if the learner fails to qualify the second time, he has to watch the module all over again before the quiz unlocks for him.

Anyone who is a registered medical practitioner and holds a valid medical registration with the State Medical Council/Medical Council of India can join Medical Dialogues Academy as ‘Mentor’.  However, it is recommended that all mentors abide by the academy guidelines since Medical Dialogues Academy is committed to creating and delivering premium quality content to its learners.

Any topic pertaining to the medical and paramedical field can be chosen by a mentor. It is recommended that the mentor selects a topic from his/her field of specialization or a subject that he/she is most confident in.

The courses can be delivered in both pre-recorded & live lecture lecture mode.

Medical Dialogues Academy offers royalty on every course (created by a mentor) per course sold. Everytime a learner makes a payment for the course, the creator gets royalty out of it.

However, the prices of courses vary from time to time, and occasionally some courses are offered free of cost for a fixed period (seasonal discounts, slashed prices, combo courses and other offers as part of marketing strategy) in which case the royalty amount is proportionately reduced (or waved off if the course is being offered for free) for all sales done during that period.
