REFUND POLICY

  1. When a payment is initiated by you to register on the MEDICAL DIALOGUES ACADEMY and you buy any course, you agree to use a valid mode of payment.

  2. Once registered and enrolled, the program fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. MEDICAL DIALOGUES ACADEMY, at its sole discretion, shall make exceptions from time to time.

  3. Any payment made by using the MEDICAL DIALOGUES ACADEMY platform including by way of credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or wallets, MEDICAL DIALOGUES ACADEMY shall not entertain any cancellation/refund requests.

  4. It is hereby clarified that MEDICAL DIALOGUES ACADEMY is only a facilitator in the process of payment, and does not capture any kind of bank details of the user. Further, the said information shall not be utilized and shared by us.
