Dr. Ashwini Kumar Setya is a highly experienced and accomplished Gastroenterologist with over 37 years of clinical practice. He is a highly skilled and knowledgeable clinician who is passionate about providing his patients with the best possible care. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Setya is also an active teacher and researcher. He is a distinguished medico-legal expert, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics (NLSIU). His comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects of medicine is a valuable asset for physicians, enabling them to deliver optimal patient care while safeguarding against potential legal liabilities. Dr Setya has delivered more than 300 lectures across the country on Medico-legal issues. He has also devised and directed several Medico-legal courses in the past.
